Job Description: We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst with solid experience conducting change management, scope management, issue management, stakeholder resolution management, scheduling and communication management. You must have experience analyzing user needs and existing functions to determine business requirements, screen and interface design, and use cases while providing ongoing system maintenance and evaluation of systems. daily responsibilities would include: accurately scoping out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; setting objectives and goals; breaking down work into the process steps; developing schedules and tasking/people assignments; anticipating and adjusting for problems and road blocks; measuring performance against goals and evaluating results. You will be tasked with balancing business need for changes with current system constraints while promoting an environment of sharing, exploration and collaboration.

Required Skills:

Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent blend of education and experience

Strong customer engagement skills and comfortable communicating with both product owner

Ability to communicate with technical team members to translate requirements into technical terminology

Ability to write functional requirements, technical requirements and other SDLC documentation

Knowledge of requirements management principles and best practices

Demonstrated experience in conducting working sessions for requirements gathering

Demonstrated experience in developing technical options and recommendations

Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with various people and organizations to develop win/win results

Accurately scoping out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; setting objectives and goals; breaking down work into the process steps; developing schedules

Desired Skills:

Manage client relationships and expectations during the requirements gathering phase

Familiar with Agile\Scrum software development methodology

Experience with tools such as Team Foundation Studio, JIRA or Confluence

Experience with software testing and testing tools

Evaluate client’s test cases and conditioned test data and compare to the requirements

Participate with the client during testing; perform initial validation of errors, and triage/troubleshoot any issues found

Defect Management and proactive identification of risks to management
