Cost Report Professional (Long-term care) – Los Angeles, CA

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experience Cost Report Professional (Long-term care) with a Long-Term Care provider in Los Angeles, California. Prior finance experience within Skilled Nursing / Nursing Homes is required. Reports to the VP of Reimbursement

The Cost Report Professional is accountable for cost reporting, statistical reporting, preparation of tax returns, financial statements, annual budgets, short- and long-term financial forecasts, and the coordination of the annual external audits.

The Cost Report Professional qualifications:

• DHCS cost report audit experience

• 3 years supervisory experience

• Appeals experience

• CPA preferred, not required

• Strong planning, analytical, financial and critical thinking skills are a must

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with all members of finance, administrative and executive leadership

• Must remain engaged in continuous process improvement and enjoy working in a very fast-paced, ever changing environment
