Staff Recruiting Specialist

As a Staff Recruiting Specialist, you will:

Lead phone and in-person meetings with assigned hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create a recruiting plan

Review submitted resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify top candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers

Facilitate the in-person candidate interview process, including greeting, interviewing and collecting feedback from interviewers

Analyze selected candidate’s experience to prepare competitive salary offers for the compensation team’s review

Manage relationships with staffing agency contacts, including maintaining contracts and providing feedback regarding the quality and overall fit of the candidates

Solicit feedback from new hires on their recruitment and onboarding experiences and summarize findings for management

Establish sourcing pipelines for key Firm positions

Maintain accurate and appropriate documentation in the Firm’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

At least three (3) years of related work experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

Knowledge of recruiting standard policies, practices and principles

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software - UltiPro is preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management skills

Ability to multitask and adjust workflow based on shifting priorities

Ability to handle confidential information

Ability to analyze data in order to make strategic recommendations
