We have an exciting new job opening for a Corporate Benefits Administrator / Benefits Director in Los Angeles, California. This position is responsible for the recommendation, implementation, communication and administration of benefits functions and projects while meeting all regulatory and legal requirements.

The Corporate Benefits Director contributes to the growth and development of the company by supporting the Accounting and Human Resources teams in the timely delivery of quality benefit services. Health Care experience required.

Corporate Benefits Director qualifications include:

• 3+ years’ Benefits Administration experience within health care required

• Union experience required

• Demonstrated benefit budget experience required

• Extensive reporting experience required

• Corporate level experience is required

Benefits Director areas of responsibility will include:

• Analyzing benefit needs, setting priorities, and allocating resources

• Working closely with the Accounting team to administer the benefits budget

• Implementing benefit plans & optimizing the benefits billing process

• Providing in-depth reports detailing HR metrics and identifying areas for improvement

• Developing benefits policies to ensure competitive programs that are in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Working with Human Resources to reduce turnover and increase employee job satisfaction
