Required Skills & Experience

• A Help Desk Analyst is responsible for providing 1st Tier Support for the company’s internal systems and business processes.

• Troubleshooting equipment and software issues to resolution.

• 3 years of experience utilizing ticketing system which manages and tracks requests and incidents?

• Installation, maintenance, and problem resolution of PC hardware and operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10).

• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity, including broadband, LAN and VPN.

• Experience with utilizing Service Now.

Job Description

• Being the first point-of-contact for all calls pertaining to help desk.

• Answering questions and escalating.

• Providing timely, respectful, and considerate customer support and customer service using a trouble ticking application, email, and by phone.

• Gathering necessary information to document and resolve customer concerns.

• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems.

• Working under moderate supervision.
