In conjunction with our business development plans, Phu Hung Life Insurance JSC. is currently seeking for potential candidates for the position of Customer Care Supervisor as the job description below:

* Customer care’s tasks:

- Handling Welcome call / Reminder Premium collection.

- Stand by for Customer Service hotline.

- Check, maintain and develop SMS system to provide clients with information relating to contract correctly and timely.

- Handling Customer’s complaint and Responsible for customer service via e-mail/letter (send mail to you by email, feedback to customers via email, letter

- Develop and enhance call center/customer care system.

- Responsible for all reports in Call Centre and Customer Care.

* Team Mangement’s tasks:

- Propose ideas and implement customer care program.

- Participate in improving Customer Care’s procedure and writing Customer Care’s standard.

- Assigning tasks/training/Coaching/Supervise to all staffs in team to ensure compliance with procedures, regulations and policies of the company.

- Responsible for all reports in Call Centre and Customer Care.

- Other tasks as assigned by Department Head.

Job Requirements:

- University graduated.

- At least 05 years in Customer care, Customer Service and Call center in Insurance, Finance and Banking as supervisory role.

- Good at communication, interaction, logical thinking and problem solving skills.

- Fair in English skills.
