We have an exciting new job opening for a Benefits Administrator / Workers Compensation Manager in Glendale, California. This position is responsible for the administration of benefits / Workers Compensation functions while meeting all regulatory and legal requirements.

The Benefits Manager contributes to the growth and development of the company by supporting the Accounting and Human Resources teams in the timely delivery of quality benefit services. Health Care experience required.

Workers Compensation / Benefits Manager qualifications include:

• Benefits Administration experience within health care required

• Workers Compensation experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Healthcare Management

Workers Compensation / Benefits Manager areas of responsibility will include:

• Analyzing benefit needs, setting priorities, and allocating resources

• Working closely with the Accounting team to administer the benefits budget

• Administering benefit plans & optimizing the benefits billing process
