Job Description:

• Seeking Business Process specialist with extensive business process support / business analysis experience, as well as working experience supporting at least 2-3 years of the following applications: SAP, OnBase, MS Dynamics, MS Azure, Agile Assets (or other asset management application). The successful candidate will continue to support business processes in a diverse software environment, so ability and desire to learn into new technologies is a must.

Detailed Description:

• Project Description: Initial focus of this engagement will be to document and support the business processes behind PTC’s implementation of Fleet Telematics and Electronic Handling of Invoices applications. Additionally, will support upgrade efforts for these and other systems, which will include business process analysis, testing and developing test scripts for same.

• The Business Process Specialist will perform business process analysis and documentation, testing, meeting with business units to help refine business processes, and overall support of the business units using these applications.

• This is a professional level non-supervisory position which may require coordination of business analyst activities being conducted by the team.

• Leverages excellent written and verbal communication skills. May coordinate activities of other project team members as part of a project (technical lead).

• Supports the technical team in relating business process to technical needs.

• Provides status of work to Team Lead.

• Anticipates, identifies, tracks, and resolves issues and risks affecting own work and work of the Business Process Team.

• Develops and maintains User Acceptance and QA Test plans for implementation efforts.

• Engages in ongoing process improvement.

• High level technical knowledge of the applications, as applicable to aid in business process analysis.

• Develops business requirements documents.

• Processes open incident tickets.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Interpersonal skills, ability to work in a dynamic team environment

• Adheres to schedules and project timelines

• Communicates issues/problems that may impact objectives.

A Qualified Candidate Must Have:

• Experience as a Business Analyst / Business Process Support specialist. Ability to quickly learn into new applications and application platforms.

• Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with end-users and IT technical personnel in order to support system implementation efforts, as well as day-to-day operations.

• Business process / Business Analysis support – Required 3 Years

• Business process documentation experience (Microsoft Office tools) – Required 3 Years

• Application support (at least 2 to 3) – Required 2-3 Years

• SAP (Plant Maintenance preferred)

• OnBase

• MS Dynamics

• MS Azure

• Agile Assets / Asset Management system Quality Assurance test case development / execution – Required 2 Years

• Nice to have: HP Quality Center, basic understanding of application development in Visual Studio .Net environment.
