My client is the prime Systems Integrator now designing, testing and installing all the advanced C4-ISR solutions for the US Coast Guard’s brand-new fleet of Offshore Patrol Cutters (OPC).

• You will be providing system integration and design technical support for the C4-ISR Detail Design of the USCG OPC shipbuilding program.

• You’ll support and execute the C4 testing programs at the FL production facility, on the ships, and during the NAVY INSURV sea trials.

• Maintain C4-ISR development in accordance with contract spec’s and ABS - NVR design spec’s.

• Interface regularly with the C4-ISR PM, prime suppliers and sub-contractors.

• Provide technical support, investigation and resolution of all system interface issues.

• Prepare reports and metrics on C4-ISR development progress.

• Maintain, manage and resolve all integration and SYS ENG issues.


• You bring 5+ years of related work experience.

• You have accurate written and verbal communications and presentation skills.

• Ability to rapidly obtain, sort, filter and analyze large volumes of data for distillation into reports

• Maritime industry experience, such as acquisitions, systems engineering, test and evaluations, architectures, platform integrations, analysis, modeling and simulations, fleet Introductions, export control programs, CONOPS, ILS.

• Experience working independently, and the ability to exercise diplomacy and tact.

• Knowledge about writing test procedures, CDRL development & management, TEMPEST, IA.

• Bachelors Engineering degree.

• SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

• Pass a pre-employment drug test and physical.
