Our growing and innovative manufacturing client company located in Stoddard NH is looking for the right person to help provide Part-Time Sales Support coverage from now through July possibly August. This temporary position has a few different schedule options - mornings or afternoons and 4 or 5 days a week depending on what works best for the candidate they select.

This exciting position is offering $15-$17/hour depending on experience.

What a Sales Support Specialist does:

Create sales proposal

Verify, process and enter orders

Answer customer questions

Serve as a liaison between sales and manufacturing

Follow customer orders and communicate with them as needed

Collect customer payments

Communicate with customers to prepare for deliveries

Coordinate installation and maintenance

Maintain thorough knowledge of product lines

Track all activities in customer database

Additional projects and tasks as needed

The ideal Sale Support Specialist will have:

High School Diploma

2+ years of recent Sales Support / Customer Service experience (within a manufacturer is a plus)

Professional verbal and written communication

Strong computer skills - MS Office Suite, Google Earth and sales CRM database

Self directed and motivated

Desire to work as a team

Good problem solving and follow up skills
