Key responsibilities

● Perform daily activities related to the implementation and administration of Technolutions Slate including building and testing applications, reporting, CRM, and workflow functions

● Identify current business processes that could be automated through enhancements to our current system and develop those enhancements

● Along with PhD Program Office staff, build and maintain a clean database through processes that ensure data integrity

● Understand reporting needs of the PhD Program and build a reporting structure that supports the needs of the program and the school

● Along with the Associate Director, PhD Program, create automated marketing tools for lead generation and nurturing

● Liaise with vendor (Technolutions Slate) representatives to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure effective and efficient implementation

● Maintain documentation of implementation process, including developing training materials for PhD Program Faculty and Staff

● Support PhD Program Staff in other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications

BS/BA required. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of higher education admissions and recruitment processes. Slate and/or PeopleSoft experience desired. Must handle confidential information with care. This role will require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of a team. Demonstrated self-direction, initiative, follow-through and the ability to track multiple projects required.

Individuals with experience in higher education admissions, student affairs, and/or marketing are strongly encouraged to apply. Required computer/software skills include Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite. Desired computer/software skills include Technolutions Slate, PeopleSoft, Mailchimp and CollegeNet.
