Direct Hire

Shift WITH HOURS

1st Shift- Days (Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm)

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain sales, recruiter, open job reports

• Answer incoming telephone and email queries

• Meet and greet candidates

• Research and locate new recruiting options

• Posting jobs on various job boards, local colleges and career centers

• Resume searching using a variety of search engines

• Screen, interview and test candidates

• Arranging internal interview and client interview with prompt follow-up

• Manage accounts and temps working for the accounts

• Is able to hire and fire employees (temps for recruiters) with the guidance/approval of their senior level supervisor

• Have the ability to actually manage their own account on a daily basis and manage any of the temps that might be working for that account as well as assist other recruiters with the management of the employees under their accounts as well.

• Shows considerable skills in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all specialized functions and a basic understanding of the company’s organizations structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedures.

• Will be responsible to go on client tours when required.

• Ability to coach and counsel temporary employee before going on assignment.

• Submit candidates for consideration for client interviews with timely follow-up.

• Must meet daily recruiting requirements

• Communication with customers and temps on a regular basis.

• Ability to mentor and council on resume and interview skills before interview.

• Represent Wicked Staffing Solutions at Unemployment hearing as needed

• It is required that all temporary employee and client information is documents in a details and timely manner and that all information in complete in our system.

• Provide translation and interactions skills (English/Spanish) if required.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this rewarding position, you must have:

• Excellent telephone skills and personal presentation

• Required High school or GED equivalent.

• General computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) including the Internet

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated and directed

• The ability to prioritize and execute tasks

• Ability to maintain a positive and upbeat company image

• Able to multitask and have the ability to be flexible with differences in workload and scheduling

• Ability to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional image at all time.

• Regular attendance with minimal unscheduled absences.
