Headhunters, LLC’s client is seeking a Customer Solution Manager to promote their product line in the Clinical portfolio.

The Customer Solution Manager is accountable for achieving the territory budget, new accounts and growing base business.

Main Responsibilities include:

- Create and execute business plan to achieve or exceed territory growth.

- Drive new business by selling the product line in target accounts.

- Identify High Value targets and create / execute strategies to close sales.

- Manage opportunity pipeline and accurately project 30-60-90 day forecast.

- Operate within the hospital environment at a clinical, lab and administrative level across departmental silos. Focus Areas (not limited to): Clinical Laboratory, Executive Suites, Infectious Disease/Control.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to individuals and small groups.

- Must be a strategic thinker capable of executing tactics and be comfortable selling and building relationships at higher levels of the organization.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelors of Science or equivalent.

- Minimum of four (4) years selling experience.

- Additional experience in capital sales a plus.

- Proven record of success.

- Demonstrated sales skills by conducting product presentations, effectively handling objections and closing the sale.

- Knowledge of relevant markets (i.e., instrumentation, diagnostic), molecular biological topics and products.

- Ability to manage territory, leads and forecast.

- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SFDC.

- Location: Kentucky, TN, SC, NC, WVA, VA, MD, DC
