Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.Previous marketing and sales experience required

Marketing/Admin Responsibilities:

- Assist in monitoring active marketing programs - Help develop and create advertisements, promotional literature and internal communications (copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed)

- Coordinate production of marketing materials and literature

- Prepare updates and reports to track marketing campaigns

- Keep current and informed on new social media trends and adapt campaigns accordingly

- Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases

- Support the marketing and executive teams in administrative tasks (ordering business cards, promotional materials, uniforms, shipping etc.).

- Support all needs of our field operations

- Assist on other projects that arise on an ad-hoc basis

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and writing skills

- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Detail Oriented Strong organizational skills

- Proficient with Microsoft suite of products (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Associates or greater degree in marketing/communications preferred
