About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a unique, progressive and stable Financial Services firm in an exciting 6 month temporary opportunity. You must be available to interview and start immediately.


Supporting a vibrant office and working within a supportive team, your role would involve:

Diary management

Travel arrangments

Preparing agendas

Coordinating settlements

Front office duties including; answering phones, booking meetings with corporate clients

Organising events

Personal Assistant support

Database management

Other ad-hoc administration tasks as required

Skills and Experience

Experience working in a similar position within a Financial Services firm is advantageous

3+years’ experience managing a mid to large office

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Overall great team player

High degree of attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible

Excellent time management skill
