About the role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a customer service specialist and administration officer to join our team based in Ravenhall and be the backbone of our day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support pre and post purchase

Answer calls and reply to emails assisting customers with their enquiries including product questions, delivery, returns and exchanges

Order management

Resolve customer queries professionally and accurately in a timely manner

Support other team members

Report generation

Office administration support

Project work as required

Skills and experience

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven experience and solid track record in customer service and administration support
