Are you an analytical, hard worker, that will produce well thought out detailed work? Our family owned business is looking for an ECommerce Marketing Associate who will assist the ECommerce Manager with developing and executing initiatives designed to drive sales, enhance user experiences, and optimizing SEO to strengthen


• Assists in the development, execution and optimization of eCommerce strategies to drive sales growth in direct-to-consumer sales, Amazon, and other eCommerce channel partners.

• Analyzes weekly KPIs from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Adwords, Amazon Seller Central, and Amazon Vendor Central to assist in guiding and developing digital strategies

• Optimize SEO performance of by researching best-practices, monitoring keyword rankings, conducting keyword research, growing backlink profiles, and monitoring site performance and recommending improvements

• Oversee Amazon Seller Central & Marketplace – optimize product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithm, and product search rankings and lead Amazon marketing, advertising and sales strategies

• Manage retargeting efforts by analyzing results and providing recommendations for future opportunities while maintaining desired CPA targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, content marketing, or data analytics

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, or the willingness to learn basic skills

• Experience working with Amazon and working knowledge of Vendor Central is ideal.

• Knowledgeable about SEO best practices, and experience with strategizing and implementing changes with proven results is a huge plus

• Experience assisting website/UX builds from strategy to execution

• Proficient at Google Analytics– certification is A+

• Digital and Mobile savvy with a curious mindset to constantly learn about new/evolving technologies

• Displays critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Extremely goal oriented with positive attitude and high energy

• Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail

• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload

• Works independently with general supervision received from the ECommerce Marketing Manager
