Position Overview:

The Electrical Engineer will perform a wide variety of tasks including troubleshooting, testing and recommending solutions to complex problems.

Knowledge of Electrical Power Systems design and operation

Ability to interpret Navy drawings and assist in new design and testing of electrical systems and equipment

Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and equipment and recommend potential solutions Investigate new electrical technology, material and equipment, with application to safety, electrical system reliability, performance and cost

Perform assigned engineering studies, proposing solutions to engineering-related problems; develop models and analyze data to support improvement programs, techniques & solutions

Propose, initiate and implement electrical system field and design changes, and performance improvements Participate in the review and creation of test procedures for new technologies, materials and equipment

*Must be able to obtain & maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance are preferred

*Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering,

*Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Electrical Power Systems Design and Operation

*Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License

*Must pass drug screening as a condition of employment
