Geniumz Inc., is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator for a large professional services client located in Chicago, IL.

Main responsibilities are:

* Process Purchase order from parent company; confirmations; verify ship to; container grouping.

* Process 100-300 emails per day.

* Prepare and process purchase orders or purchase requisitions, keep records of purchases, keep vendor information up to date.

* Fax Purchase Orders to vendors along with shipping information.

* Places and tracks Purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.

Job qualifications are:

* High school diploma and 1+ year of relevant experience.

* Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, AS400).

* Attention to detail.
