We have a new employment opportunity for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator / LNHA / HFA for a large nursing home / skilled nursing facility (SNF) South of Eugene, Oregon. We are searching for an experienced leader with a passion for working with seniors.

Nursing Home Administrator Requirements

• Current Nursing Home Administrator’s License in good standing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in health care administration, business administration, hospitality, or a medical specialty.

• Prior administrator / executive level experience in senior living

• Comprehensive knowledge of Long Term Care / Senior Living regulations and standards.

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must demonstrate a warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality.

• Expertise in cost reporting, P & L, and budget compliance.

• The ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and corporate leadership, utilizing diplomacy and discretion.
