Job Description:

We are seeking a HR Specialist III for a very important client

The BTS BHR Coordinator will partner closely with Business HR on projects, data management, reporting needs and talent management. This position will act with a high level of accountability, confidentiality and ownership of requests and ensure projects are completed within appropriate timeframes.

Responsibilities:

-Act as a liaison between HR Central and BHR and Business partners for data clean-up efforts. Assist with job code and data accuracy. Initiate various Workday actions with HR Central from BHR direction (promotions, reporting relationship, reorgs, etc.).

-Contact for Job Description site and assisting BHR and business partners with identifying appropriate job codes. Monitor job code activity and inactivate job codes no longer in use. Partner with Total Rewards for job re-evaluations and new position setup.

-Create and analyze reports for turnover, employee metrics and other ad-hoc requests.

-Partner closely with Talent Acquisitions:

-To execute and manage recruitment strategy that will target very hard to find niche talent (focus on experience and passive candidates)

-Build long-term relationships with high level niche talent to attract them to our organization and present talent.

-Compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, market trends, company profiles, and other competitive intelligence to inform decisions on strategy and plans

-Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to build long-term relationships and brand recognition within key talent population.

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years of HR experience

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) skills desirable

-Ability to work collaboratively with multiple audiences, including senior leaders and internal BHR group

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Ability to handle highly confidential data
