Job Description:

We are seeking a Creative Services Traffic Schedule for a very important client

As part of LSG Marketing Operations, Creative Services Scheduler is responsible for supporting the creative cervices team in the resourcing, scheduling, and trafficking of all creative projects initiated by internal business partners, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and on deadline through the establishment of proper timelines. The scheduler uses/creates custom schedules based on SLA and workflows. The scheduler supports Marketing Program Managers and Operations Project Managers, including Legal, Regulatory, and Brand submissions.


Essential Duties:

-Create timelines for creative projects, assign resources, and determine hand-offs

-Effectively communicate and enforce production schedules and deadlines

-Generate and maintain daily priority list for the creative services team

-Assist as day-to-day liaison between Program/Project managers and creative team members and/or external agencies and vendors, providing updates on job status, clarifying questions, and troubleshooting problems

-Analyze workload in terms of project quantity, complexity, and deliverable due dates to predict resource needs

-Develop sound and effective solutions to issues that could impact project deadlines

-Ensure all project files are saved in Digital Asset Management tool by the creative team

-Submit tactics to the Legal review tool

-Submit tactics to the Corporate Brand review tool

-Submit tactics to the Web production tool

-Work with Program/Project Managers to flag any issues raised by Legal, Regulatory, or Brand and adjust timing or assignments accordingly


The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Education and Experience

-Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred

-2+ years of traffic experience required. Agency experience preferred.

-Experience using an established Marketing Communications project management system required

-Ability to traffic all aspects of creative production– from project inception to completion

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to analyze alternative solutions and prioritize quickly within tight deadlines

-Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a very high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required

-Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
