1: 5+ years of experience successfully developing sales training / sales playbooks in a B2B professional services sector - ideally in financial services, and even more ideally, in FX.

2: Bachelor's degree

3: Hands-on experience driving digital sales training formats - video, FAQs, tests, etc.

4: Experience managing a cross-functional working team as well as keeping a governance team updated and consulted as needed.

5: Demonstrated sales training / sales playbook development skills

6: Excellent project management skills, including good judgment about escalating issues.

7: Excellent spoken and written communication skills

8: Excellent influencing and problem solving skills

9: Highly organized and familiar with project management software that tracks progress towards key milestones and documents stakeholder roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a full-time contractor, who is experienced in developing sales training programs, to project manage the creation of a Foreign Exchange (FX) Sales Training Portal in Sharepoint. Additionally, the contractor will lead development of the sales training deliverables appropriate for the training needs of the FX product and sales teams. The Training Portal will be a one-stop-shop for all FX-related B2B sales training. While some training materials exist, there are also gaps, so the project will require creation as well as modification of training materials, plus site design around navigation and explanation/organization of the content so the various users - who have different job descriptions - can readily find the training relevant to them.


The project is currently scoped in four phases, with the first phase being the urgent primary focus initially. We envision this as a six-month initial engagement with some likelihood of it being extended, once the project is underway and the scope, workload, and timing are better understood.


The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in large cross-functional project management developing sales training/sales playbooks for B2B financial services, ideally in foreign exchange. We are looking for a mature professional who works effectively and collaboratively with a cross-functional team at all levels of the business - influencing his/her audience and forming trusted relationships with key partners. At the same time, in addition to be collaborative, the candidate must be results-oriented and work with a sense of urgency and commitment to completing work on time and on budget. This person has a strong work ethic, excellent business judgment and verbal and written communication skills (on email and in presentations), and the ability to work with minimal guidance, while also ensuring their manager is updated and consulted as appropriate.

Duties and Responsibilities

== Based on the FX Sales Training Portal program brief, project manage delivery of a digital Sharepoint-based training portal, as well as all the content that is housed in the portal or linked to the portal.

== In collaboration with the Director of Marcom and Director of Marketing Strategy, confirm or modify the existing project scope and four phases of work, along with the resources needed.

== In collaboration with FX SMEs and Marketing colleagues, including the Product Training & Communications team who will be responsible for systems and technical product training deliverables, take existing sales training materials and other "raw content" on selling, and turn it into effective sales training materials with the aid of outside agencies and vendors

== Keep the project on track in terms of time and budget, with high quality.

== Keep the governance team apprised of progress, to avoid surprises and allow the governance team to troubleshoot proactively v. reactively as needed
