Administrative & Data Entry Operator Wanted

Job Overview:

We are currently looking for talented, highly motivated and well organised Admin and Data Entry Operator to join our friendly and supportive team. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processes and data entry functions, You must have a good ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.

Key responsibilities of the position will include:

• Maintaining customer database integrity; daily statistical and other operational and customer service data management

• Producing accurate customer invoices on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

• Assisting in resolving customer inquiries and complaints

• Tracking, managing and validating data across systems

• Answering the telephone and handle client inquiries

• Performs other admin duties as assigned

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-manage as well as be a supportive team player

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Relevant data entry experience with strong keyboard skills

• Intermediate Office Suite skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
