We offer comprehensive non-medical in-home care services that combine person-centered care and technology assistance. We partner with Connected Hearts, a research-based communication training program that emphasizes meaningful communication and emotional connectedness, to educate and train our care team.

Roles & Responsibilities

This job provides care to clients living in their own homes.

Primary responsibilities include:

Assisting clients with daily activities in their homes

Conduct virtual care calls with clients

Driving clients to appointments and assisting with errands

Working knowledge of basic technology (e.g. smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.)

Assessing clients and reporting changes and/or irregularities

Complying with client’s care plan

Adhering to standards set forth by Magnus Care

Requirements / Qualifications

Clear background check and driving record

Current enrollment in a LVN, RN or comparable healthcare program

CPR Certified

Valid registration on the California Home Care Aide Registry

Passionate about healthcare, communication, and technology

Highly motivated with an exceptional drive for success

Demonstrate excellent team communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Punctuality in work hours

Proof of negative tuberculosis test/chest x-ray

Professional appearance and demeanor
