Are you an executioner of work? A creative thinker? Our family owned business is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who will work with the Digital Marketing Manager on the planning, execution, day-to-day management and analysis of integrated digital marketing campaigns. Specifically, this position will focus on online promotions, search and display campaigns, email marketing and the effective use and engagement on social media platforms. This opportunity will enable the right candidate to make significant contributions to the growth and success of the businesses’ initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Play an active role in developing, planning and driving digital promotional campaigns, tracking results, and reporting

• Lead Google AdWords strategy and search campaigns. Drive continued optimization of campaigns through performance analysis and testing. Stay on top of PPC trends, assess and report results to marketing team, and provide recommendations

• Manage company’s email service provider (Mailchimp) platform and maintain email contact lists. Execute approved email campaigns – ensure accurate set up and display on multiple devices and that correct tracking parameters are in place

• Day-to-day management social media including paid campaigns

• Assist with digital marketing calendar activities including tracking and promotional analysis including recommendations for future activation ideas

• Manage and Execute Frame My Future Scholarship Contest

• Lead Digital Analytics Reporting using Google Analytics

• Assist with monthly budget management, reconciliations, and processing of invoices

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing

• 2+ years’ experience with pay-per-click (PPC) search engine, display, social media,

and/or digital marketing

• Advanced Google Adwords and Google Analytics certification required

• Highly organized, self-motivated, resourceful individual with a can-do attitude and ability to think creatively and possesses strong problem-solving skills.

• High level of comfort with data, reporting and analytics with the ability to interpret data to drive recommendations

• Superior work ethic, self-starter, eager to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
