Job Description:

We are seeking a eMarketing Project Manager for a very important client

Key Responsibilities:

-Establishing the direction and goals for MSD’s e-marketing practice

-Develop, deploy and track comprehensive online campaigns that meet agreed goals associated with each campaign

-Advising marketing and BU leaders on best use of online tools to drive traffic to MSD products, and secure leads for MSD products

-Plan the annual e-marketing budget and develop the annual plan reporting results at quarterly milestones

-Manage and direct all online marketing activities including (but not limited to) the use of e-mail management programs and forms for those activities. Manage online multimedia and other capabilities required to illustrate MSD product differentiation and gain prospect commitment

-Interface with the marketing, sales and IT functions for lead management linkages and infrastructure requirements associated with list segmentation and reporting.

-Train and motivate personnel in the MSD e-marketing function

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

-Overseas and domestic travel <= 20%

-Excellent project management skills, with strong technical understanding of web environment and use of online marketing

-Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing

-Demonstrated ability to manage globally distributed personnel

-Demonstrated strategic planning capability

-Proven ability to gain consensus, influence organizational behavior, lead decision making process in a matrix-managed organization

-Proven ability to manage and motivate personnel

-Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

-BS degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science

-Masters degree a plus

-10 years experience in marketing, online marketing or web management

-Prior experience in scientific industry and familiarity with target customer groups

-3 years Eloqua experience at administrative level

-Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

-Global experience an added benefit
