We can ONLY consider your application if you have:

1: US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain security clearance (government-related work)

2: Bachelor's degree or Higher

3: 6+ years of experience with project management in a construction management and/or facilities infrastructure

4: Proficient in MS Project Preferred

5: Experience working within an Integrated Product Team (IPT)

6: Experience integrating multiple MS Project schedules into an integrated whole

7: Experience with manufacturing engineering and their interaction with associated tooling

8: Lean Manufacturing principles and/or process improvement (Green Belt or Black Belt)

9: Experience with Risk Management, Return to Green (RTG) plans, and Scheduling cross functional activities

10: Experience in Firm Fixed Price contracts and earned value management knowledge Ability to work a 9/80 workweek

We are looking for a Project Management 3/Operations Project Management (OPM) to work within the Facilities and Real Estate Organization, supporting Facilities engineering, planning and change management in all aspects of procurement and construction operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

== Work with Facilities Project Manager to develop requirements documents from information obtained from the program. (Collection from all sources; maintain updates and revisions; folder location consistency).

== Change Management - Manage all changes requests that get presented to the change board ensuring impact mitigation, recovery and visibility ensuring timely processing of all changes.

== Conduct Internal stakeholder reviews to ensure all stakeholder buying prior to formal change board.

== Establish, update, and manage project schedules that roll up to an IMS.

== Serve as a liaison between facilities organization, and the Program for executive status reports that go up and out

== Meeting facilitator for status meetings, executive reviews and change board.

== Assist in identifying project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

== Track and report Project progress and Project Risk and Opportunity visibility
