As a Senior Manager in our Oracle Technology Consulting business, you’ll be:

Proactively originating (lead and guide a client to make a decision for The Client, shape the solution, and sell it) and oversee delivery to meet client expectations

Supporting business development opportunities to bring innovative technology solutions and ways of working to clients

Leading teams that are delivering enterprise-wide Finance or Supply Chain transformation programs

Helping clients define their journey to cloud by defining finance/ supply chain road maps and solutions

Build and sustain trusted advisor relationship with clients, and shape our clients’ business/ IT agenda

Solving key business problems and challenges by enabling business transformation, and charting a journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment

Advising organizations on how to pivot to the “New Oracle IT”, enabling flexibility and adaptability within our client organizations through Agile and Multi-Speed IT

Leading Assessment and Design efforts to propose new Finance/ Supply Chain models and process improvement recommendations to the Consumer Goods, Retail, Lifesciences, Auto/ Industrial, and Travel clients

Leading traditional on-premise and modern Cloud based ERP Transformation projects

Applying leading practices around process, organization and technology design across core finance and supply chain areas

Responsible for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and overall revenue and profit objectives of the project team

Developing your deep skills as a Technology Consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevance

Mentoring practice team members and leading practice growth initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 + years client facing consulting experience working with Life Sciences, Retail, CG&S, Industrial clients.

Minimum 6 + years Oracle ERP hands-on experience over one or more engagements in Oracle Cloud.

Minimum 6 + years in project management

Minimum 6 + years Oracle - functional experience through three or more implementation/deployments.

Minimum 6 + years leading workstreams of >20 team members on large, global Oracle eBS or Cloud deployments.

Minimum 6 + years leading related business case/strategy efforts to scope and deploy ERP functionality

Minimum 6 + years in sales or business development experience in Oracle technologies.

Minimum 6 + years working with Oracle HCM, Oracle eBS 12, Oracle Peoplesoft, and/or Oracle JDE and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Skills:

MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

Sales or business development experience in Oracle technologies

Oracle Customer Experience (CX) – either Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Sales Performance Management (SPM), Oracle Customer Data Management, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle CPQ Cloud, or Oracle Commerce Cloud

Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Experience (CX), Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or User Experience

The Senior Oracle Cloud Executive manages the opportunity sales process through to client delivery. The right individual will possess the ability to speak to a business audience & clearly articulate The Client’s value proposition and Solutions offerings in client/new business scenarios and, is comfortable driving deeper solution conversations, designs and workshops during project delivery.

Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires knowledge of technology, industry requirements and/or business functions.

Able to effectively articulate solutions and discuss business problems with senior clients, positively influencing outcomes

Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.

Comfortable as a leader, guiding both clients and The Client to the right results

Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years’ Client Relationship and Technology Industry Experience

Minimum of 8 years’ in Sales/Business Development

Minimum of 3 years record of sales quota attainment against a $8M or higher target

Minimum of 3 years of Oracle Cloud sales focused on SaaS (ERP Cloud or HCM Cloud)
