Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a very important client

We are looking for a talented MarCom Specialist to help manage day-to-day activities in a busy, fast-paced environment. This position would collaborate daily with marketing, marcom, sales training, and other cross functional partners as required. The MarCom Specialist will seek to understand the business priorities, strategies, and objectives to ensure high quality deliverables across a wide variety of channels.

Key Responsibilities

-Ensure consistency in the company branding guidelines.

-Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external resources.

-Maintain master marketing project list in project database; ensure key stake holders are informed of project tasks, as needed.

-Assist with development and coordination of marketing materials for trade shows & events

-Ability to communicate proactively.

-Assist with production of marketing materials including proofreading, translations, printing, etc.

-Identify, partner with, and manage appropriate resources (i.e., vendor relationships, other internal departments, etc.) to ensure that communication initiatives meet objectives.

-Understand budgets to ensure cost saving measures.

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Requirements

-1-3 years of experience, preferably in medical device

-Superb cross-functional, project management and leadership skills and the ability to influence others across all levels of the organization

-Medical device experience or regulated environment experience preferred.

-Project management skills

-Commercially minded; comfortable using data to measure impact and inform decisions

-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, competing interests with tact and diplomacy

-Excellent attention-to-detail and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities

-Ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

-Excellent communication, writing & presentation skills
