Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Policy Management for a very important client.

Role Responsibilities:

Support the Director, HR Policies & Projects, to ensure that clear policy governance standards are in place and these are adhered to. Develop and maintain the HR policies and governance. Define the operating model for prioritization of policies with HR leadership team. Ensure policies are referred to the appropriate HR teams to implement and track the progress of policies from submission to implementation.


- Maintain standards for Policy content, development and roll out.

- Monitor adherence to those standards to ensure effective policies are in place providing clarity to front line staff of their obligations.

- Oversee policies to ensure that interconnectedness of risks is understood and defined.

- Challenge where policies are unclear, impracticable or duplicative.

- Support Director, HR Policies & Projects to coordinate the roll out of policies, ensuring that impact analysis is carried out effectively and that a coordinated approach to roll out is taken to deliver an effective implementation approach across the front line.


- Monitor to ensure that all policies can be effective assured by policy owners.


- Support Director, HR Policies & Projects to continuously improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness model for HR.

- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Risk Management:

- Policies: Review, challenge and recommend sign off on HR policies to assess compliance to Framework and policy governance standards, and fulfilment of the responsibilities of a Policy Owner.

- Maintain and revise as required the Policy Governance Standards and Policy compliance checklist.

Key Stakeholders:


- Members of HR Management Team

- Legal, audit, compliance, and security Policy Owners and Global Process Owners

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform other responsibilities assigned under HR Operations, Head of HR, Business or Functional policies and procedures.


The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Candidate likely has 5-7 years’ experience in this type of role/specialty in addition to any other HR related experience.
