Oversees insurance product life cycle across multi-state market by assessing and recommending responses to regulatory changes.

Oversees insurance product life cycle across multi-state market by performing assessments.

Recommends responses to regulatory changes, developing competitive products through competitor and industry benchmarking.

Serves as product expert in supporting business development and marketing initiatives

Reports on state and book of business trends to remain abreast of emerging market opportunities.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, and within a collaborative team oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making.

Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management, and Word).

Able to review vast amounts of data and draw conclusions.

Able to design and deliver technical training programs to support staff.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent education required.

2. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
