Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

Job Location: Tempe, AZ

Job Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for a very important client.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule on-site, phone and video conference interviews with internal and external candidates and the interview team to include arranging travel and processing expenses

- Ability to act as liaison between the candidate, the interview team and/or the department administrator to coordinate schedules and put together interview agendas

- Send out meeting invites to the interview team to include the candidate’s resume and assigned behavioral interview questions

- Communicate interview details to the candidates via e-mail and confirm receipt and inform the recruiter once interview days and times are finalized

- Update each candidate’s status in Taleo as they move through the interview process and disposition accordingly

- Schedule debrief calls for the recruiter and the interview team within 48-72 hours of the interviews taking place

- Initiate the credit and background check process when requested by the recruiter

- Able to interact with all levels of management, HR professionals and other members of the organization

- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the interview process

- Assist with other recruiting functions to include, but not limited to: resume review, sourcing, tracking and responding to referrals and other staffing support tasks and projects

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

- High School Diploma or GED

- 2+ years of administrative and scheduling experience in a fast paced environment, preferably with some experience working in an agency or corporate recruiting department

- Customer service oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Able to work in a team environment and being able to problem solve quickly

- Outstanding coordination and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills

- Proficient with MS Office and ATS systems (Taleo)
