Position Description: As the Scrum Master you will be primarily in charge of guiding software delivery from user story creation to implementation while leveraging the appropriate software delivery best practices in order to continuously improve software delivery, efficiency and quality. You will work closely with all stakeholders to communicate customer needs, adjust requirements based on technical feedback, prioritize requirements, and manage changing priorities. You will ensure clear communication and organization of all team objectives. You will be responsible for driving Continuous Improvement by coaching your team on Agile Principles while operating within the Scrum Framework. You will conduct peer-to-peer coaching and metrics reporting while facilitating and resolving conflict management and influencing negotiation and enterprise collaboration. It is required you have excellent communication skills and decision making experience as you will handle all risk and issue management escalations. It is required you have 5+ years experience in a delivery role capacity on a Scrum based line while delivering software project on-time and under budget. Your overall Project Management skills and understanding/comprehension with technical engineering concepts and standards are required and your ability to coach and mentor self-managed development teams is absolutely critical. We are looking for someone with a “team-first” mindset and someone who can act as a “change-agent” when called upon.
