Creative Digital Strategist

Our client, a growing, team-oriented company is looking for a Creative Digital Strategist to join their team in the scenic Baraboo/Wisconsin Dells area of Wisconsin. Although not preferred, may consider someone for Fort Myers, FL with the perfect background. The Creative Digital Strategist will be working in a highly creative and collaborative environment, and will take pride in providing clients with quality work. The primary focus of this position is to assist in shaping the customer experience across digital channels – thinking strategically, representing digital offering in meetings, internally and externally, and designing stunning responsive Web layouts. Essential Functions:

* Represent the company in meetings with potential and current customers

acting as the resident expert in all digital channels.

* Create digital assets for Websites, apps, social media, email blasts, blog sites, etc.

* Work hand-in-hand with the digital marketing and social media teams to develop engaging content for use online.

* Be responsible for translating abstract concepts into visual assets for use in digital campaigns and email promotions.

Give expert design advice on projects and make recommendations for

improving online presence

Lead visual storytelling across all Web platforms that inspire action.

Ability to follow brand guidelines

Partner with Content and UX teams to brainstorm, ideate, and execute and with Marketing to bring messages to life

Perform rapid prototyping; Ability to do wire framing

Adept at responsive design; Excel in task optimization

Quality control

Requirements:

* 3+ years of Creative and Digital Strategy experience

* Whiz in Adobe Creative Suite

* WordPress expertise

* Excellent in digital and responsive design

* Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

* Web, branding and ad design best practices

* SEO best practices

* PPC best practices

* Email marketing best practices

* Outstanding presentation and communication skills

* Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends as needed

Desired:

* Bachelor’s Degree

* Experience in an agency environment

* Google Analytics Certification
