The Laboratory Sales Agent is responsible for the subscription growth and maintenance of our current Virtual Clinic clients. The Laboratory Sales Agent should excel in maintaining customer relationships while consistently exploring new opportunities for growth within the existing subscribers.

This position requires strategic thinking, flexibility, commitment, and the ability to work independently. Successfully managing accounts, working under pressure, and adapting to changes in the work environment are essential. Additionally, some travel will be expected. This position may require overnight travel as needed for shows, meetings and training.

You must be proficient in computer software, able to coordinate data and information from clients.

Research and develop lists of potential customers. You must have a good understanding of marketing and how to meet the demands of our current subscribers.

You will be working with sales support to establish a clear communication path within the current subscribers and future clients. Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge and experience regarding our Virtual Clinic services. Use Salesforce to manage and grow

Develop and deliver sales presentations and close the subscriptions in a professional and effective manner by:

• Developing sales proposals for customers and helping them create outlets for more revenue.

• Making regular sales calls to develop relationships, service existing customers, and follow up on leads

• Acting to close deals & finalize contacts

• Meeting established sales revenue and profit goals

• Participate in sales forecasting and planning.

• Researching, developing & maintaining long & short range lab goals.

• Producing regular reports & final plans for Manager's approval

• Maintaining an up to date workflows to coordinate sales/customer plans

• Maintain and expand database of accounts, contacts, and opportunities within our system.

• Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of our team

• Treating all employees and customers with dignity, respect and courtesy

Education and Experience

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Familiar with blood testing, urine analysis, toxicology

• Clinical laboratory sales preferred

• Demonstrated success with converting leads and relationships into sales production

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Valid Drivers License and ability to travel within the Phoenix Metropolitan Area

Job Types: Full-time, Commission


• Bachelor's degree required, scientific concentration highly preferred
