We are looking for an outstanding Client Support Advisor (CSA) to Navigate and identify service related and/or operational client emails, assign emails to other team members and research/respond to select client or internal business partner inquiries

Duties and Responsibilities

== Primary research and technical troubleshooting contact for commercial bank clients

== Provide client feedback on product/feature functionality and client experience to product/channel team colleagues

== Collaborate across and outside the organization, with colleagues, in-market Relationship Advisor community, Global Treasury, Operations, IT and vendor partners

== Serve at the forefront of our client's experience as a technical resource for new commercial banking products/channel and the incubator for new rep facing tools
