Full-time Document Systems Specialist needed right outside of Atlanta!

Currently looking to hire a Document Systems Specialist. This key role is responsible for ensuring compliance to all applicable General Documents Processes through review of all Controlled Documents in Master Control. The specialist is also responsible for reviewing and processing of documents through Master control, configuration of electronic compliance system including but not limited to Master Control and Trackwise.

Qualifications:

- High School Degree or GED; Certificate from college or technical school in related field.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Document control environment preferred.

- Experience with MasterControl software preferred.

- Must have a keen eye for detail for proofreading and auditing tasks. Must be able to follow instructions and work independently.

- Analytical talent to manage data, and prepare and interpret reporting in a meaningful manner.

- The ability to multi-task, work against and to an established schedule and / or deadline.

- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite products. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word. Creation and maintenance of Word documents, templates and forms. Creation and maintenance of simple databases.

As the Document Systems Specialist, your will recommend and implement procedures and policies needed to meet the demands of document control. In addition, assists the Sr. Manager Quality Operations in the maintenance of the Quality System.

Specific duties will include:

- Maintain and modify electronic compliance system including but not limited to MasterControl and Trackwise. Participate in validation effort including the verification/validation and the management of CSCR for electronic compliance System.

- Run software test script developed by IT and/or other department for the support of compliance software implementation/modification.

- Perform weekly MasterControl maintenance activities including creation of new user, removal of former user, abortion of obsolete electronic DCR and monitoring of documents up for periodic review.

- Resolve IT helpdesk request regarding the administration of MasterControl.

- Organize and provide basic and advance MasterControl training sessions to other departments’ employees.

- Review Document Change Requests processed in MasterControl for accuracy by reviewing documents for completeness and proper authorization. Post approved controlled documents to the Master Document system, assign controlled document's effective date.

- Process LCRs (Labeling Change Requests).

- Develop, modify and submit SOP and Work Instructions specific to the use of MasterControl and to the controlled document and record process for use by the Document Control Department.
