Meet potential clients (Builders & Developers), Vendors, suppliers, Agencies and answer queries to convert enquiries to sales

Create and deliver effective presentations to a wide range of potential Clients

Source and participate in events to increase the brand value

Build and maintain rapport with the industry participants

Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately

Run Digital and Non-Digital Campaigns to promote Brand and Business

Ability to create and manage documents/templates/register/collaterals

Ability to deal with various levels of organisations and also tradesman

Effectively communicate the idea/response via email/phone calls

Understand and monitor competitors' products/services in order to enhance our own products and formulate counter effective strategies to overcome objection from our products.

Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system

Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
