As a Business Development Manager, depending upon assignment, your daily duties may include, but are not limited to, the following;

Prospect for potential new clients and close business deals

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network

Develop New and Existing Businesses, Accounts and Relationships to increase the organizational revenue

Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

In collaboration with other departments, support and streamline processes/policies to enhance a team centric approach

Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
