Senior Site Facilities Manager - $125-150K + Bonus – Sterile Medical Devices Manufacturing – Will provide leadership and supervision to various facilities department staff, contract staff and contracted equipment service providers supporting the maintenance systems functions. Manages and coordinates the activities of personnel in the Building Facilities group in a Medical Device, API Chemicals or other specialty sterile/aseptic environment. Areas of responsibility to oversee may include but are not limited to: HVAC, janitorial, mechanical, security services; grounds keeping; security and fire systems; in house repairs throughout the company’s facilities. Maintenance trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting, with routine equipment repair and installation of office fixtures. Develops resource plans that meet operational goals in terms of safety, quality, output and cost. Ensures and conducts proper staff training. Ensures that deliverables are met or expectations are proactively managed towards alternative solutions.

BS degree Engineering/Technical with 8-10 years of facilities experience. Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment such as medical devices, APIs, Biotech, pharmaceuticals, foods, speciality chemicals is a plus.. Knowledge of CMMS and inventory control systems. Knowledge of clean utilities and operations (WFI, Purified Water, Clean Steam, Process Gasses, and HVAC systems). Familiarity with plant utilities and operations (Plant Steam, Chilled Water, Electrical and Waste Treatment) is desirable. Demonstrated leadership, communication and developmental skills. Experience managing contracts and supplier contracts in relation to the provision of services to the facilities. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced multi-disciplinary environment. Knowledge of TPM and predictive maintenance techniques. Lean Six-Sigma belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Professional Engineer certification is highly desirable.
