CSR / Account Manager Trainee
A rapidly growing premier international comprehensive education services provider is seeking Customer Service Reps/Account Manager Trainees committed to helping students achieve excellence and goals through long-term comprehensive college advisory services. The opportunity provides for rapid advancement Sales Advisors/Account Managers and Senior CSRs.
Heavy phone activity (cold/warm calls – company leads provided)
Answer client questions and schedule sales appointments
Good communication skills
No experience necessary – company provides comprehensive and intensive 8-week paid training program
Ability to cope and adapt quickly and easily to change in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a highly productive sales and service team
Bilingual in Chinese/Korean/Indian (any dialect) is a must
