Physician openings available to join a fast-growing post-acute hospitalist group north of Boston. Opportunities are available to physicians with interest in any combination of direct patient care, Advanced Practice (PA/NP) supervision, and/or site administration.

This position provides a highly flexible work schedule and a good work-life balance. Full time, moonlighting, and part time openings are available. The Group cares for patients in over 20 locations in both Essex and Middlesex Counties in Massachusetts.

There are opportunities for work across several rapidly growing healthcare settings in today’s quality and performance-based environments–SNF/Detox/Psych/LTAC/VNA/hospice/Assisted Living PCP/acute care/IRF. SNF and specialty hospitals are currently the main openings.

Physician should possess strong clinical skills and demonstrate competency in providing comprehensive health care including evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.

For SNF facilities shared night and weekend call from home is approximately 1:12.

Seeking Physicians experienced or interested in post-acute, acute, or primary care. Ability to function effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary and Advanced Practice (NP/PA) collaborative team. Daily and weekly rounding schedules are very flexible.

Many of the groups clinicians keep their own hours. Work in skilled nursing facilities allows for maximum flexibility when creating schedules. Taking time off during the middle of the day, working a four-day work-week, and working half-days are just a few of the many scheduling possibilities with the group.

The group encourages clinicians to manage their own schedules and provide every opportunity to allow for as much flexibility as possible while still maintaining good quality patient care.

The group is committed to creating the right practice infrastructure so that our clinicians have a manageable workload, can work efficiently, and focus on patients.

They strive to maintain a safe number of patient encounters per day. Call is shared among all clinician members and limited in frequency to prevent burn-out. Support staff in the office are present to handle credentialing and administrative paperwork limiting your exposure so that you may focus on patient care.
