PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily responsible for assisting clients in their service needs and ensuring customer satisfaction with the service provided.

Major Responsibilities:

Gives excellent customer service to clients.

Welcomes and greets clients upon their visit to the dealership

Attends to the customer concern/s regarding their units

Maintains good customer relations and handles service customer complaints.

Communicates to Service Supervisor and Service Technicians harmoniously.

Opens the repair order and discusses to the client the things that should be done to their unit.

Diagnoses the vehicle and recommends necessary repair of the unit of clients or coordinate with Technicians on difficult problems or concerns.

Prepares accurate estimate of the requested repairs/services.

Makes the final invoice, discusses to the client what has been done, and releases the unit.

Conducts final inspection of the vehicle prior to the completion of the Job Order.

Coordinates the estimated time of completion to the customers.

Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

EDUCATION

Engineering (Mechanical)

Automotive Course.

EXPERIENCE

1-2 years experience in Automotive Industry
