Job Description:

We are seeking a Recruiting Project Coordinator for a very important client

The company is seeking a bright and energetic individual to join our growing company as a Recruiting Project Coordinator. In this position, you will be coordinating full cycle recruiting activities at various remote locations and at HQ while supporting internal customers and liaising with candidates, ensuring an overall superior experience throughout the process and enabling the TA team to reach our hiring goals.

-Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and high-level executives to provide support in the recruiting process, coordinate interviews for recruiting events book travel and arrange other logistics as needed to ensure superb candidate experience;

-Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and producing ad hoc recruiting reports;

-Create and maintain compensation spreadsheet and required documentation for all Sales candidates;

-Generate Sales offer letters through ATS system in a timely manner;

-Perform other key administrative task such as, and not limited to job opening/posting management, expense reports;

-Tracking and monitoring of approval status for all sales requisitions and offers;

-Manage complex schedules while being able to deal with last minute changes to scheduling requirements;

-Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect;

-Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times;

-Participate in special recruiting and open-house events, as well as creative sourcing campaigns;

-Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Responsibilities:

-2+ year of prior as a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Coordinator, or similar professional experience

-BA/AA degree preferred, can be substituted by experience in the field

Qualifications:

-Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

-Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates

-Ability to work in fast paced environment and be able to deal with ambiguity

-Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying attention to details

-Highly organized with strong follow up skills, the ability to multitask and team player

-Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-Able to handle confidential information with discretion at all times
