Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is required to support the executive staff in the general administration of the company. The successful candidate must be very organized and interested in supporting and growing the business with a positive attitude. Responsibilities include the following:

1. Work closely with executives and staff to manage daily operations including meetings, mailings, answering phones, office space, expense reports, business reports.

2. Work with staff to develop new processes, forms and documentation to streamline business operation.

3. Support office administration to create a positive working environment.

4. Learn and support social media (including facebook, twitter, youtube, Linkedin) to grow the business.

The successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

1. Possess strong work ethics and commitment to growing the business.

2. Experience with working in a startup environment and building a strong team

3. Prior experience in technology companies with focus on electronic products is essential.

4. 2-5 years of experience in administration with a BA or AA degree.

This is a part-time position which will grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. The positions are very limited. You must submit your resume immediately for consideration.
