Integrated Marketing Manager, for Business - RT

The Segment Marketing Manager is responsible for developing integrated marketing plans within the for Business segments supporting all of the offers, products and services and solutions deployed in market. All integrated marketing plans factor in market dynamics, buying patterns, buyer personas, business segment pain points, competitive actions, retailer/channel conflict, etc. Responsible for optimizing the marketing programs to support the portfolio of products and services within the company.

Work includes planning, creating and/or producing marketing communications aligned to the company's strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities

Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, results focus and inspirational leadership.

Essential Functions

Builds targeted, segment-focused content that can be leveraged across multiple channels for upper funnel awareness through sales enablement tools.

Develops and implements integrated marketing plans for the communication and distribution of offers, products and services and solutions. Campaigns are primarily targeted at prospects, but can include base communications as well.

Builds and maintains integration among multiple channels for seamless campaign execution.

Builds strategic content marketing approach aligned to the company's strategies and objectives; continuous identification of content needs and builds plans focused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent marketing communications for segmented targets within the company.

Partners with creative merchandising and advertising along with the agencies on creation of world-class advertising and collateral to develop best value propositions and overall marketing calendar elements.

Partners with Demand Gen marketing teams on planning and analysis of potential go-to-market strategies; business tracking and analysis; with Consumer Insights on business consumer understanding; with the Product Management team on product roadmap; with Sales and Sales Enablement teams for front line content and asset needs for consideration and conversion.

The role requires strong cross functional partnership across the enterprise; specifically, Brand, Advertising, and digital strategy operations to ensure flawless execution and to create appropriate brand look and feel for products and services.

Manages integration of all marketing communication and distribution plans to include tracking of results. Prepares presentations for various audiences ranging from peers to executive level.

May lead/mentor less experienced peers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Submission Summary)

1. Bachelors Degree

2. MBA preferred

3. Strong understanding of voice and data services and products? REQUIRED

4. Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies? List details below:

5. 7+ years marketing experience

6. 5+ years of experience in business to business (B2B) preferably in the following fields:software/hardware, web, telecommunications, with a focus on marketing, product development or sales. Strong understanding of voice and data services and products

7. Ability to lead in ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment situations and effectively negotiate to gain resolution

8. Ability to assess and implement successful, focused, integrated Marketing development plans.

9. Knowledge of new Marketing development processes, go to market strategies, and Marketing life cycle management.

10. Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to convey business and technical concepts to subject matter experts and non-technical professionals. Ability to present compelling business cases to stakeholders.

11. Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies.

12. Knowledge of financial drivers, experience in managing return on investment objectives.

13. Ability to influence cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas.

14. Broad understanding of program management concepts and tools, including technical, innovation process, Marketing management, financial and operations functions.

15. Salary Expectation? (Salary range: $97k - $125k)
