Join our busy, highly-skilled ED team at our state-of-the-art tertiary care medical center. You’ll work 36 hours/week on 12 hours shifts in our 42 bed Level II Trauma Center. The hours are 1100-2330.

Our exceptional nursing team encourages and supports ENA membership and certification. We offer excellent compensation and a collaborative, Mission-driven work environment. Requires Oregon RN license (or ability to obtain), American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS are required.


Provides professional nursing direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards. Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families and all members of the care delivery team.


Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs.

Documents patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.

Directs and delegates care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.

Ensures own professional effectiveness through education and professional development.

Participates in the development of and maintains established hospital policies, procedures and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection prevention program.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Submission Summary)

1. Graduate of an approved school of nursing required.

2. BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program preferred.

3. ED RN experience required within past 3 years.

4. Current Oregon Registered Nurse licensure required by date of hire.

5. BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS at date of hire are required.

6. Candidate must have at least one year of ED RN experience within the past 3 years OR may be currently working in an ED.

7. Ideally other hospitals of similar size, trauma designation.

8. Wage is based on years of experience as a RN. Generous differentials for evening and weekend shift and advanced education (ie CEN, BSN).
