HR Assistant Responsibilities:

•Compose engaging, outgoing candidate communications

•Serve as escalation point, both for agents and site HR – manage the Trouble Ticketing Dashboard and Pulse posts

•Create, pull, and utilize reports to identify candidate issue trends, monitor applicant flow, identify sourcing candidates, etc.

•Liaise with Workforce Staffing, and other centralized and local site HR teams as needed.

•The ideal candidate is a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, a strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Basic Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

•Must be able to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate candidate communications.

• MS Office experience, including ability to independently use Excel formulas for reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience using an ATS.

•Experience using CSC or other Customer Relationship Management tool.

•Experience in warehouse, customer service, or multi-location HR support.

•Customer service orientation with ability to serve multiple customers (candidates, internal staffing teams, multiple levels of HR partners, and vendors)

•Proven ability to work on own initiative.

•Should recognize opportunities for improvement in processes and to execute those improvements/changes.

•Knowledge of learner-centered, performance-based instructional theories and adult learning principles.

•Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
