Job Description:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and primary Receptionist for COMPANY visitors.

As Executive Assistant, you will be a trusted partner to the COO, working to maximize efficient prioritization and execution of daily activities. This will require familiarity with the full context of COMPANY Operations to understand and characterize the relative importance and urgency of individual matters. Specific tasks will range across email management, schedule coordination, meeting preparation, individual and team task tracking, coordination with direct reports, and general gatekeeper for pop-up demands. The position will include access to sensitive business and personal information, so you must maintain absolute trustworthiness and discretion. You may also provide general administrative support across the Operations team.

As COMPANY’s primary receptionist, you will provide the critical first impression representing our business to every visitor that passes through the door. This requires that perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. Specific responsibilities will include registering guests and notifying their hosts. While this role requires that you be available at the main lobby for the majority of the workday (with backup coverage from our security team as necessary), actual visitor flow and time demands are modest, allowing you to simultaneously perform the executive assistant role.

Administrative or executive assistant experience will be valued, but is not required.

Must be familiar with (if not power user) of Microsoft Office suite, with SharePoint experience a plus.

A college degree is desired.
